Warm up
1) 20 minutes of Cardio.
2) Body weight squats (x 10)
3) lunges (x8 ea.)
4) med ball push-ups (x3 ea.)
5) scorpion stretch (x 6 ea.)
6) trunk stretch (x 20 sec.)
Do the exercises 2 times through
Workout:
1) bicycles (x50)
2) berry pickers (x30 ea.)
3) superman/dead fish (x25)
Do all this 3 times through!!
